Founder & Partner
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have built my career from the ground up — starting in office management and bookkeeping before moving into project management, procurement, and client relations.
My passion has always been helping hotel owners, developers, and design teams bring their visions to life — whether through renovations that breathe new life into existing spaces or new builds that create lasting impressions.
Today, I'm proud to be building something new alongside my daughter. Together, we combined our strengths, fresh ideas, and shared dedication to create Philpott & Co. Hospitality Solutions. Our mission is simple: to help you navigate the hospitality industry with confidence, creativity, and care.
